Byron Bett an 18-year-old from Lincoln has added another coffee shop to the Jody Bett empire by re-opening the doors to The Allotment café in Collingham near Newark.
The new menu is not all plant-based like it had been under the previous ownership, and instead the menu has a range of offerings for everyone.
Byron is the new owner of The Allotment, following in the footsteps of his parents who own The Boat House at Thorpe on Hill and Torksey Lock Coffee House in Lincolnshire, as well as The Coffee Chain in Newark.
Whilst the café does not currently have any outside seating for cyclists it does have large windows and seating that allows cyclists to keep their bikes in view whilst eating.
